 | Intern:
Our interns are high school graduates who are looking for a
summer of experience working in the arts, and with children. This is a
volunteer position only, but we do write excellent recommendations
for our staff! Interns may volunteer for full or half days.

Apprentice:
Our apprentice program allows college students to gain much
needed experience working with children and sharing their knowledge of
performing. We certainly value how they share their craftsmanship and
experience, fresh from their college courses! Apprentices receive a
small weekly stipend.

Lead Teacher:
Lead teachers do just that -- they lead. The lead
teachers are like our camp counselors; they work and bond with a particular
group of students that they stay with for the entire session. Lead
teachers must be skilled in directing and acting, as these are the primary
skills needed. One lead teacher is needed for each of the camp age
levels. Lead teachers receive a weekly stipend.

Master Class Teacher:
Master Class teachers are hired to teach one or two classes
of their specialty. Rates vary for this service, and we are very
agreeable to hire you on trade. (Student tuition, DCT tickets,
etc.) Please contact us if you can teach one of the following: dance (different genres desired),
voice, improvisation, acting, mime, puppetry, or any
technical theatre genre.

Director:
Our directors are hired to work with all
students throughout the day. There are three to four morning classes lasting 45-60
minutes each (one for each camp level.) After lunch, the directors work to put together the showcase. Afternoons may be spent working
with individuals or small groups, or helping to run a rehearsal. Directors receive a
weekly stipend.
